DISC
Measured in four dimensions (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance), DISC measures a person’s action preferences, revealing how they behave-- how an individual will perform, including what value he or she will bring to a team, his or her ideal environment and possible limitations he or she may face.
Competencies
Examine 25 unique personal skills (soft skills) that identify which skills have been most well developed, providing a prediction of his or her strengths and weaknesses in the future. And when paired with a job benchmark, determines how well a person’s skills matches that of the job role.
Driving Forces
Discover what motivates and engages a person by examining six unique continuum: knowledge, utility, surroundings, others, power, and methodologies. Understanding an individual’s driving forces provides insights into why an individual views the world the way they do and what motivates them to act a certain way.
